Arrive with a clean face when possible. We’ll review your full medical history, so bring a list of medications and supplements.

For the comprehensive visit, you may be asked to fast for 8–12 hours prior to bloodwork. We’ll confirm specifics after booking.

Plan to stay a few minutes after to ask questions, review your plan, and reserve treatments if you’d like to move forward.
